Alpana Jain (D.Ed.SE Autism Spectrum Disorder, Masters in Clinical Psychology) is a Gold Medalist in the field of rehabilitation education having extensive working experience with special needs children, especially Autism Spectrum Disorder.

She took up the challenging area of Special Education as a passion in her life and started working in this field at an early age. Working with special children gave her inner satisfaction and willingness to do more. Her achievements motivated her and paved the path to get to achieve professional qualifications and accreditation in this specific area.

Post-study, she decided to dedicate her knowledge for the benefit of society at large. She worked with various educational institutions in India and supported them to build infrastructure to comply with guidelines of the Ministry of Education and found success and recognition at various levels.

Alpana now lives in Auckland, New Zealand. Living here she is associated with a Special Education Institution and finds immense fulfilment in the work she does every day working with the special kids.

Alpana is a seasoned professional, knowledgeable and well versed with the use and deployment of various teaching aids, methods and techniques, which not only help the children learn but also make them self-sufficient. She is an avid learner, and innovates new practices based on her day to day experience and makes learning easy. She also conducts web-based sessions on consulting, knowledge sharing and therapy skills, that help the parents in self-coaching and effective management of their kids on a day to day basis.
